All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT or GST) unless stated otherwise.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law: TTG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential lossesDelays due to authority approvals, third parties, force majeure events, or site conditions are excludedLiability is limited to the value of services paid under the contractClients agree to indemnify TTG against misuse of designs, intellectual property infringement, or breach of contractual obligations.
8. Third-Party Contractors & Vendors
Where third-party vendors or subcontractors are coordinated or recommended, they operate as independent entities.TTG shall not be responsible for third-party warranties, delays, or performance unless expressly stated in a signed contract.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms defined in the signed agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date shall remain payable.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with applicable considerations for operations in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts as defined in the governing agreement.
